Job Description
As a field technician for Hilliard, you will:
- Provide expert repair services and troubleshooting to existing customer accounts, order and install replacement parts, and run diagnostics on copiers and office equipment.
- Maintain excellent rapport with customers and identify solutions for system improvements.
- Compile thorough reports of service.
- Work in a team environment with dispatchers, service managers, and other customer service staff.
Skills and qualifications:
- Adept with computers and capable of performing basic installations
- Experience with HP, Canon, or Konica Minolta products
- Electronic and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- A+ certification or equivalent training
