As a field technician for Hilliard, you will:

  • Provide expert repair services and troubleshooting to existing customer accounts, order and install replacement parts, and run diagnostics on copiers and office equipment.
  • Maintain excellent rapport with customers and identify solutions for system improvements.
  • Compile thorough reports of service.
  • Work in a team environment with dispatchers, service managers, and other customer service staff.

  • Adept with computers and capable of performing basic installations
